I’d like to thank Luke for this one. And I did some research into this. Could this be the next Rebecca Black, please let it not be so :O

The Japanese pop idol group is called Sakura Gakuin made up of 12 young girls in their teens. Yes, this is what teenager girls in Japan do, NOT!!! Anyways, the group is split into subgroups and you can check it out on the wiki link provided.

Eh? I don't know

What freaked me out a bit was the fact that they dress like school girls (oooooooooohhhhh!!! every Japanese man’s fantasy), I’m sure that was Universal Music Japan’s marketing strategy. So they start off with this techno rock type stuff in a nightclub scene with people flailing their hands in the air like it was some kind of rock concert. But then again, it reminded me of the anime, Perfect Blue o_O Freaky.

So that lasted a few minutes until they bust out with a rap beat. WTF!!!! From little school girls bouncing around in a nightclub (who knows what they’re doing there anyways), bounced into these little gangsters. That was funny. Now I was like, “WTF!!!” all the way. Not creating anything fluid but just dropping it like a hot plate. So I decided to keep watching for hopes that the nightmare would pass very quickly, then boom, they go into something heavy, and we bounce back into the nightclub scene.

But damn, that sweet metal m/ Being a fan of Dir en Grey and The Gazette, I don’t think these girls actually know what the music is about, but hey, thanks for the entertainment, the music industry is clearly trying to milk an industry that they don’t understand. So, this is it, I dare you to check out the video and post your comments over here. Wait, check it out below:
