Here you will find the most common questions asked by most people submitting content to be published in the magazine. If you have any questions that are not listed below, feel free to contact us and we will gladly assist you.



How do I submit?

We recommend that you use DropBox as your means of submitting. If you are sending large image files, please do not send them in multiple e-mails as some of them may come through as spam and not get to its destination. We accept images that are 150dpi to 300 dpi in jpeg, png or tiff. We only require 6 to 8 of your best images. Please do not submit an entire set of images to sort through. What is the deadline for submissions?

The deadline for all submissions is the 3rd Friday of every month to be featured in the next month.

Do you choose who gets a cover?

We do choose who gets a cover and it is based on your interaction with your fans and followers. Covers spots are booked 6 months to a year in advance and if you are booked for a particular month, we suggest you add it to your calendar to avoid missing deadlines for submission.

Do you offer free print versions of the magazine?

No. The magazine is printed by MagCloud. You as the customer, pays for printing as the magazine is not subsidized by any advertising like most larger, mainstream magazines. We do however offer tear sheets of your feature in the magazine. These tear sheets are generally supplied a day after the magazine has been published.

Do you accept nude submissions?

Yes. We accept nude submissions if it falls under Artist Nude, Implied nude or topless (no vag please). Models photographed have to sign a release stating that they are over the age of 18/21 depending on the laws of your State/Province. This is not a pornographic magazine so no sexual situations, sexual acts or anything pertaining to a sexual act. Your submission will be denied and no further communication will be considered.

Can I submit content that has already been published? 

If your content has already been published on a website, social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc) or other magazines, your submission will be declined. We recommend that you submit unpublished and exclusive content to be published in the magazine.

How will I know if my work will be published?

Once your submission has gone through the quality checks, you will receive a release form stating that you are giving us permission to publish your images. If we do not receive the signed release form, we do not publish your images. If your submission has been declined, you will receive a notification thereof.
